A Tantric Life: Presence, Aliveness, Consciousness and Authenticity

We meet next Saturday November 1st from 9 am to 1 pm at Venture Way Collaborative!

Together we will create a field of trust, sense of safety, and permission to experience our authenticity

As we move into presence we can discover that we can just BE. Nothing to prove.

During our time I will introduce tantric tools.

These may include:
• Conscious touch
• Sounding and vibration
• Movement
• Breathwork

As we practice we use consent, self awareness and self responsibility in our supportive environment. You are encouraged to listen to your inner knowing and choose a level of participation that feels right to you, and honors others choices, in each moment.

And as we say in Skydancing Tantra “You can always do less, but never more than the practice invites”

We are fully clothed in our practices in this space

What to bring/wear:
• Loose comfortable clothing, non spillable water, meditation cushion or similar to sit on, a blanket and whatever else helps you be cozy

I will provide a light snack for our break time.
